Virtual URL

You will be provided a generic URL http://your_name.ostickets.co.uk which can be linked to an existing domain name using an A record or CNAME within your existing DNS settings.

Email Accounts (POP3/IMAP/Webmail)

You will be provided a number of generic Email address your_name.support@ostickets.co.uk, etc which will be used to send/receive Support tickets to/from your customers.

Unlimited Bandwidth

Our Servers connect to the Internet using multiple 1Gbps connections. Bandwidth to your support site will not be limited in any way providing fast access to your staff and customers.

200MB Database

osTickets utilises a MySQL database. You will receive 200MB of database space.

2 x 1GB FTP Areas

In order to exchange files and information with your customers/staff, you will receive two password protected FTP areas.

Server Maintenance

All Servers are fully maintained for you and include backups.

Documentation

Full documentation will be provided.

Software Upgrades

When new versions of osTicket become available, customers can request that their site be updated with the new version. Upgrades will be performed at an agreed time.
